Before sharing any personal data, FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE invites you to read this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) carefully, as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and on the security measures adopted to ensure its confidentiality in full compliance with the Applicable Legislation.

The personal data being processed

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:

a. Browsing data

The Site’s IT systems collect certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with you, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. This includes the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used to connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to your operating system and IT environment.
This data is used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its correct functioning; to allow, given the architecture of the systems used, the correct delivery of the various features you have requested, for reasons of security and the establishment of liability in the event of any IT offences against the Site or third parties, and it is deleted after 7 days.

b. Data provided voluntarily

Through the Site you have the possibility to voluntarily provide Personal Data such as your name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail, by filling in the “Quotes” form on the Request a Quote page, or the form on the Contact Us page, or by sending an e-mail to info@finestreantirumore.it. FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE will process this data in compliance with the GDPR, assuming that it refers to you or to third parties who have expressly authorised you to provide it on the basis of a suitable legal ground that legitimises the processing of the data in question. In relation to these cases, it acts as an independent data controller, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of law. In this sense, you grant in this respect the broadest indemnity in relation to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage arising from processing, etc. that may reach FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE from third parties whose Personal Data has been processed through your use of the Site in breach of the GDPR.

FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE processes the personal data provided by users through the pages of the Social Media platforms dedicated to FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE, within the scope of its promotional purposes, exclusively to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with current legislation.

d. Information relating to the user's social network profile, if public

FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE manages “Fan” pages available on various social networks (e.g. Facebook, Linkedin, etc.). We may need to process the information made available by the different platforms or when you interact with our pages and posts.

When a user decides to interact with our social media pages (for example, when they follow one of our pages, when they click “Like” on Facebook or “Follow” on Linkedin or add a reaction to a post, when they “share” or add a “comment”, etc.), we have access to the public information of the user’s profile. The information is used for the purpose of interacting with the user through the social network in question or to produce analyses or statistics on the use of our pages or on the performance of our communications. Our services may remove the user’s comments if they do not comply with our policies on the use of social networks (for example if the comments are insulting, illegal or malicious).

When the user visits our “Fan page”, if they do not have an account or are not connected to the relevant social network, we do not collect any personal information about them, with the exception of the aggregated data provided to us by each social network.

Since the installation of third-party Cookies through the services used within the Site cannot be controlled by the Data Controller, any specific reference to Cookies and tracking systems installed by third parties is to be considered indicative.

Purposes, legal ground and mandatory or optional nature of the processing

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE for the following purposes:

  • purposes connected to the performance of the requested service or work and therefore relating to the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (e.g. a request for contact for information and/or a request for a quote);
  • purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, with no possibility therefore of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest;
  • purposes relating to the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE is subject;
  • purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in legal proceedings or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions;

The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data; the purpose in point c) concerns the fulfilment of a legal obligation, while the purpose referred to in point d) represents lawful processing of Personal Data under the GDPR since, once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is in fact necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE is subject; the purpose in point e) is permitted only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but any failure to provide it could make it impossible to respond to a request of yours (e.g. a request for contact to receive information or subscription to the FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE newsletter) or to fulfil a legal obligation to which FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE is subject.

Recipients

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes specified in point 3, with:

Transfers

Your Data will not be transferred to Recipients outside the European Economic Area. Should this happen in the future, the Controller nonetheless ensures that the processing of your Personal Data will always take place in compliance with the GDPR. The transfers will be based alternatively either on the adequacy decisions approved by the European Commission or on the standard contractual clauses. Data retention

FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 3. By way of example, FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE will process the Personal Data for any contact/quote request of yours for the time necessary to fulfil your request, after which it will be deleted. In the event of subscription to the FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE newsletter, the data will be processed until any withdrawal of consent. Without prejudice to the above, FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE will process your Personal Data for the time permitted by Italian law to protect its own interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) of the Civil Code). The data will be processed using IT/electronic and paper tools.

The Site is not aimed at minors under 18 years of age and FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE does not knowingly collect personal information from them and asks that such persons do not provide their Personal Data (e.g. quote request forms).

In the event of the accidental recording of any information about minors, FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE will promptly delete it.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE uses the standard SSL connection (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to protect the confidentiality of the user’s personal information. Although no IT system is completely secure, FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE believes that the measures adopted reduce the possibility of security problems to a level appropriate for the type of data in question.

Rights

In your capacity as data subject, you have the rights to ask FINESTRE ANTIRUMORE for access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same, or the restriction of the processing concerning them, or to object to the processing (arts. 15 et seq. of the GDPR).
