Ariete Security Doors
White
armoured doors
As bright as the images, as secure as only Ariete can make them.
As bright as the images, as secure as only Ariete can make them.
You design white armoured doors to measure, in the exact shade you have in mind: pure white RAL 9010, cool white RAL 9016 or the tone you already have in mind, on any model in the Ariete range. If you want a fully coordinated entrance, you can have the frame in white too. We build it in the most requested standard sizes, 80, 85 and 90 cm wide, or to a custom size for your opening. You can see and touch it in the showroom before you choose, and you take it home with all the security that has made Ariete the most award-winning armoured door in Italy.
See your white entrance door before you choose it
A white door changes with the light and with the wall around it: the same white looks warm against an ivory wall and turns cool against grey plaster. That is why here you see photos of real doors, fitted in real homes, on smooth and worked panels. This way you understand what your white armoured door is really like before you even step into the showroom.
White is light at work.
We asked colour designer Chiara Bevegni to tell us what the colour white really is: where it comes from, why it makes us feel good and how it can turn a simple door into the very thing that lights up your home.
Before it was elegant, white kept you healthy.
Is white a colour? Yes, and it is the fullest of them all.
A white entrance fills you with light.
The right white is chosen next to your wall.
And here lies the thing that makes the difference between a beautiful white door and one that clashes. No white is truly pure: each one carries a tiny trace of another pigment, which makes it warmer, cooler or tending towards grey. If you buy two whites at different times or in different shops, you risk them not matching: placed side by side on the same wall, that tiny difference becomes an obvious, irritating mark. That is why the white of your door should be chosen by looking at the wall that will sit beside it.

Choose white on any
Ariete armoured door
White is not an optional extra reserved for a single model: you can have it across the whole range, from the flat entrance door to the white armoured front door of a detached house, right through to the sliding door that disappears into the wall. The armour changes, but the freedom to have it in the white you prefer stays.
To every style, its own white.
The beauty of white is that it suits everything, yet it changes character depending on how you use it. The same white door tells a different story in a minimalist home or a rustic one. Here is how it behaves across the four most requested styles, so you can tell at once which one is right for your home.
Minimalist or modern
- White RAL 9010 or RAL 9016
Here white is pure essentiality. A door with clean lines, no frills, that converses with the space instead of filling it. It is the choice of those who love tidy rooms, where everything has its place and nothing is superfluous. White does exactly its job: it disappears as bulk and remains as light.
Contemporary classic
- White 9010 or Ivory lacquered pantograph
Here white plays the card of timeless elegance. The door is enriched with geometric panelling or worked frames, which use the light to create delicate shadows and dignify the shapes: the entrance becomes the focal point of the home. Paired with warm tones such as taupe or ivory, it gives a soft, intimate atmosphere, where the contrast is never harsh but harmonious.
Rustic
- Open-pore oak RAL 9010
Even in a home with a lived-in feel, white finds its place. Next to exposed stone or brick, it acts as a moment of visual clarity: it lightens the raw materiality and creates balance. It is the bright detail that lets a warm, textured room breathe, without betraying its spirit.
Scandinavian
- Horizontal white rosewood
In the Scandinavian style, white becomes the pillar of brightness and well-being. The entrance needs to feel airy and welcoming, so the door does not stay a flat surface: the entrance door carries light grooves or mouldings that echo wooden slats. This way you keep all the freshness of white, but add a warm, textured touch that warms the room without weighing it down.
How to choose the right white for your home
No white is truly pure: each one carries a tiny trace of pigment that makes it warmer or cooler, from RAL 9010 to 9016. The right white depends on the style of your home and on the wall beside it. Here is how colour designer Chiara Bevegni recommends it.
| If your style is | How to bring white to life | Ideal wall |
|---|---|---|
| Minimalist, modern | pure essentiality, clean lines with no frills | tone on tone, a pale wall |
| Contemporary classic | geometric panelling and worked frames that play with the light | taupe or ivory, warm tones |
| Scandinavian | light grooves and mouldings that echo wood | pale wood, natural tones |
| Rustic | as a moment of visual clarity against raw materials | exposed stone, brick |
Which walls go with white?
The same white changes depending on the wall beside it. The pairings that work, according to Chiara Bevegni.
White armoured entrance door
Do you want it to disappear or stand out?
Before choosing the exact white, decide just one thing: do you want the door to blend into the wall or to catch the eye?
Everything else follows from that choice.
Total blending, the door vanishes into the room
Intentional contrast, the door takes centre stage
The whites you can choose for your entrance door
There is more than one white. It changes with the finish you choose, and each line has its own character: the lacquered is full and uniform, the metal silky and contemporary, the laminate warm with the grain of wood, the ceramic refined like marble. Here are the whites to choose your own from.

Frequently asked questions about white front doors
No, not if the paint finish is of good quality. Ariete doors use powder-coating cycles oven-baked and stable under UV light: the white stays bright for years, even on external models exposed to the sun. Yellowing affects cheap paints, not ours.
Yes. As well as the most requested standard whites, pure white RAL 9010 and cool white RAL 9016, we produce any shade on the RAL scale. If you already have a white at home, in the showroom we compare it and calibrate the door to match, so the pairing is perfect.
Painting gives a full, even white, ideal for modern, minimalist styles. Laminate and veneer allow textured finishes, such as a Scandinavian white-wood effect. In the showroom you can touch both and choose the right one for your home.
Of course. The inner and outer panels are independent: inside you choose the white you love, outside you can fit a different colour or reproduce the panel required by the block of flats. Our in-house joinery makes both to measure.
No. The Ariete painted surface is smooth and hard-wearing: it cleans with a damp cloth and holds no more dirt than any other colour. White gives the impression of getting dirtier, but in practice it cleans like any other colour.
It depends on the building’s regulations. If the shared aesthetic allows it, white is perfect. If not, we reproduce the required panel on the outside and keep the white on the inside, where you are free to choose as you prefer.
A white Ariete armoured door starts at around €2,900 + VAT for internal models and goes up to €10,000 + VAT for external versions, with glass or electronic. The range is wide because every door is made to measure: the price depends on the model, the burglar resistance class, the dimensions and the finishes you choose, inside and out. To know exactly what yours will cost, request your quote: we will prepare a real figure for your entrance. And if you want to spread the cost, you can pay in instalments with interest-free finance.
Come and see your white armoured door
in person
A white door should be chosen with your eyes and your hands, not from a screen. In the showroom you can touch it, compare it with the white in your home, and together we will find the exact shade and the right model for your entrance.
Start at the showroom or with a quote request: there a consultant will guide you through the choice. Once the door is defined, one of our in-house technicians (not a call centre, not subcontractors) handles the precise site survey and follows you step by step right up to fitting, with dedicated order tracking.
Other colours for your armoured door
White is just one of the ways to dress an Ariete door. Beneath the panel, the armouring is identical: the colour changes, the security does not. If your home calls for another shade, here they are.
